The garden is about done producing for this season and there are two things going on here at my house. The first is who is going to win the current battle, ole man winter or Mr. Sun.

I made peach jam a few weeks ago
during Colorado peach season, and now look forward to the
apple season. Now that we are able to get more than one or two
varieties like years ago there is no reason not to make a quick
batch of apple butter .
