This email scammer appears to be very lazy and greedy. All he says is that there is $19,5 million in a bank in Hong Kong that has no beneficiaries and he would share this with me for a 70% take. He says I might be apprehensive with this offer. Duh, why would anyone be apprehensive with a scam email?
In my reply I have decided to play along and see if I can get a bigger share. Hopefully he bites and will correspond back. I plan on wasting this knucklehead’s time thinking I am a fish on the hook.
My reply is at the end of the email.

My reply:
Dear Song,
I appreciate you sending me this offer of wealth but I believe you are wanting too much of the ratio. I’m thinking I should receive the 70% and you should have the 30% since I am taking the risk by using my banking account. If you are willing to adjust your take, then let me know and maybe we can do some business.
Regards,
Wilbur
