A friend of mine gave me this recipe and it was great! It was
very easy to make. I thought I would share it with all of you.

  • 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz of shredded Swiss cheese (Any white cheese will work)
  • 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup of Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder (You can add more if you like)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk or cream
  • Nuts (Your choice to be used after cheese ball has set up)
  • Throw all ingredients (except nuts) in a food processor using
steal blade. Process until It looks like a cheese spread. Taste
to see if more garlic is needed.

If it tastes fine, use a rubber or plastic spatula and spoon out
    onto a large plate.

Put into refrigerator for about 2 house or until the cheese
starts to firm up on the outside. You can set some aside
before putting into the fridge and use as a delicious cheese
    spread for crackers and bread.

While cheese is in the refrigerator go ahead and chop up the
nuts. My preference is walnuts but any nut will do.

Once the cheese has set up, take from fridge and separate
into two halves. Take each half and form into a ball and roll
over the chopped nuts until the cheese ball is fully covered.

Makes two softball sized cheese balls.

    That’s it. Enjoy!
