- 3 Lb meaty ribs
- 2 T liquid smoke
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp celery seed
Preheat oven to 350 deg
Place ribs in shallow pan meaty side up. Brush with liquid smoke.
In separate pan combine remaining ingredients heat to boiling and pour over ribs.
Cover pan and bake 1 hour or until fork tender. Baste 3 to 4 times during baking.
